Our Club Show was held for the first time this year in conjunction with the World Championship Show at Doncaster. The Rares Section was judged by Martin Bagnall, and there were some very good birds entered, although the numbers were disappointing. Some of the trophy winners are pictured.

The President, Ghalib Al-Nasser presenting the Best Rare in Show trophy to Clarke and Gillman, whose winning bird was also the best Lacewing. Nick Flavell of Findlay & Flavell received the Saddleback trophy, and J. & M. Howes won the trophy for Best German Fallow. Other winners were: G.R.Lawrence - Best Rare Young bird, also the Best Clearbody; L. & P. Martin - Best Greywing; D. Mullee - Best Slate and Best English Fallow.
